One of the shortcomings of our BigFix Inventory reports is that VMware physical hosts that do not have a VM under them are not reported. For example, if a VMware cluster of 6 physical servers has all of the VMs assigned to four of the servers, the other two physical servers are not included on the BFI reports. This is a problem for license management.
Besides running reports from other discovery tools such as RVTools, is there a way to get the hosts reported in BFI when they do not have a VM assigned to them?
