We have consolidated a couple of sites recently and noticed today that an open action that was supposed to do something no longer worked due to the target group no longer existing as it was a member of a previously removed site. We have since resolved this and targeted the new automatic group instead however in order to avoid this in the future is there a way either in web reports or in the rest api to identify targets of open actions?
