Hi rkc,

What do you mean when you say “all patches applied” and “installed drivers”. Can you elaborate a bit more?

All windows patch applied to a box and all active devices version number

So when you say “all patches applied” do you want the title of the Fixlet? or the number of patches applied? What about other BES actions taken on the computer that are not from a Fixlet?

And with the active devices version number, did you make a property to return this information for you? If so, can you let me know what the property looks like (or its output)?

rkc,

Perhaps there is some confusion here… It sounds like a simple report, but there is some ambiguity in your question that makes it hard to give you an answer.

Web Reports can only report off of data that is currently in the database. The information about patches is already in the database, but “Active Devices Version” is not collected by default, which is why I asked if you had a custom property that you guys had defined to get this information. If not, there is no data to report on.

You should try the “Retrieved Properties Report” in Web Reports (under the “Create Report” section). Choose the properties you want to include (which would be “active device version” if that is indeed a property you collect), and then check the box to show all the titles of the Fixlets that are relevant.

This is not going to be a short report, but again, I am not sure what you are looking for.
