I imported this Report and when I run it, it asks me to input the date. But when I click on Show Results, nothing happens. Any idea why?

Stacy,
Might you be using FireFox or a non-IE browser?
I notice that there is an additional id tag needed for some HTML components to make this work with FireFox.
IE8 works nicely for me using the original code.
However, even with the fix, there will be no bar chart in FireFox because that is done through an ActiveX control which FireFox does not support.

tscott,
I see that there are some JavaScript constructs that will work only in IE.
Here is a version that will work with FireFox and Chrome as well.
However, it does not have the chart. The chart is an ActiveX control that works only in IE.
