Hi, We have some old relays which are no more exist in environment. Unfortunately we were not able to uninstall relay application from them. They are appearing as relay service installed - Yes in console. Is there anyway to clean such relays ?
Does bigfix will automatically update when none of the node communicates to it ?
If there’s no chance of these devices ever coming back online, you can just right click and remove them from the console. Existing devices will not attempt to use them as a relay unless the devices are manually configured to do so.
If you think they might pop back online eventually, you could push the relay uninstall fixlet to them with an end date far in the future.
