@liorme you should be able to do so. Here is a link to Microsoft’s site where they provide the PowerShell command to remove this optional feature. As of BigFix v10.0.4 and later versions, you can run this PowerShell script / cmdlet.
Here’s a visual to demonstrate that OpenSSH client was successfully removed from the targeted endpoint:
