Remove relays from client register

Hi.
Anyone knows how to remove relays that not running anymore as a relay and remove from the relays list that clients have to register?
For example:
The RELAY001 it´s no longer in infrastructure but clients still try to register in relay.

For these Clients, can we confirm if they’re using automatic or manual Relay selection?

Please see Assigning relays to clients for reference…

Hi.
We use automatic selection.

PP

Is the Relay in question appearing in the Console, Web Reports, or WebUI with the property ‘BES Relay Service Installed’ beginning with “Yes”?

Hi. No, the service is not installed and it was removed.

PP

Understood that the service has been removed, but the question is how is the Relay reporting in BigFix specifically for that property?

The property it´s " " blank, others relays have the property “YES-Running”.

Thanks,
PP

Hmm…in that case, assuming the Root Server is able to update the actionsite (you can check the BESRelay.log to see if there are issues there…see Logging for reference), then it would be good to confirm whether or not the Client(s) in question are able to gather the latest version of the actionsite (are they able to register with any other Relay or even the Root Server? Do they have a Failover Relay configured?).

Hi.
We dont have failover relay configured.
I will check the BESRelay.log to see any errors.
Thank you.
