Is there a way to remove the Big Fix icon from the top menu bar of my mac? I never need to use it and it’s getting in the way of menu items that I actually need to use. Please make a way to hide it!
It’s not clear to me whether you’re a BigFix Administrator, or an end-user in a company that’s using BigFix?
I can dig into the documentation on how to hide the Self-Service App, but it will require BigFix Administration rights and I just want to make sure that’s what you need.
If that’s not correct, you should contact your companys’ BigFix Admins with your concern.
Please let me know either way.
Hi Jason, I’m just an end user. I spoke to my IT dept today and they didn’t know how to hide it.
Thanks, you may need to ask your admins to open a ticket or to post here. What to hide may vary based on how they’ve configured some of the BigFix components (especially whether they have deployed Self-Service Application, whether there are any Offers open, any Messages open, etc.)
