Don’t remove the BigFix agent on the BigFix root server without involving BigFix support team. You can easily cripple your BigFix server this way, as the server uses the agent for it’s settings.
If your BigFix root server agent becomes corrupt somehow, you will likely have to rebuild the BigFix server using the backup and restore, disaster recovery steps.
