Guys, help.
I have computers that don’t appear in the Remote Control list
but if you look in the BF console itself, it has a target and the server name is correct
port available
the target was set to everyone without a token
Check whether that computer is able to reach the Remote Control server, and check the Remote Control log on it.
In addition to the @JasonWalker suggestion i would also check if the Managed property is set to yes and if the RC server has the rc.enforce.secure.registration set to true (Admin → Edit properties file → trc.properties). In this case you need to push the registration token to the Target otherwise it won’t be able to register.
