We have an environment where one endpoint is shared and access by different admins (4 admins) for remotely.
Is it possible or is there a way to configure or create different IDs and passwords in the console to be able to identify which technician initiated the remote support session using the controller?
Hello dobby,
Using the Remote Control server web interface you can create whatever user and user group as long as LDAP synchronization is disabled (otherwise these objects would be wiped out by the synchronization task). In order to start a session, every user will logon to the server with different credentials and the session history which is available in the the Remote Control server will report also the user who started the session among other info. A normal user can only see its session history while an admin one can see all session history.
