Remote Control (Tivoli) network connection was refused

Hello everyone,

I’m coming back to the community once again because I have a new problem. No longer possible to use Tivoli remote control when I try to connect to a PC running Windows 11. However, I have exactly the same configuration as on Windows 10 but it systematically tells me “The network connection was refused”. Has there been any change with Windows 11. Or does anyone have an idea?

That usually means some firewall is blocking the connection.

Windows Firewall? Some other host-based firewall, antivirus, intrusion detection system, VPN client? Firewall on the network?
