Hello guys,

I have successfully deployed bigfix remote control targets for Windows, but why in the remote control web UI there is no list of these targets.

Do you have any idea on how to solve this?

Hi,

is the target able to access the remote server through the port ?

also, did you deploy secure token? if not make sure to disable it in the remote trc configuration

Yes, that’s right, this problem is because of the secure token. and now it works.
