Remote Control Controller getting an error while generating RC code

Hi All,

Lately we have upgraded the RC to 10.0.8 and we are encountering multiple permissions issues and prominently the issue highlighted below:-1:

A user group is reporting to have seen this error while none of the other user groups have reported the issue, so I am thinking how it could be a certificate issue for a particular group of users. Portal certs are fine and I have validated the certificates hierarchy on the admin portal which is looking as usual. Please suggest on this.

It is most likely that you are stumbling into a hardened controller security that in the latest versions becomes less permissive when it comes to certificate validations.
However, to determine the exact nature of the issue we would need to further investigate and take a look to the controller log file. It is suggest at this point to open a support case.
