Hi everyone,

I need to retrieve a chat conversation from a managed remote session.
What is the path to the chat file?
Is it located controller, target or server side?

Hello, the chat text can be saved as an html file on target side, in the target working dir; the working dir is defined in the “WorkingDir” target registry (or property file on a Linux system or in the plist on a MAC target); tipically on a Windows system the file is saved in C:\ProgramData\BigFix\Remote Control\chat-username-date.html The property that determines if the chat session has to be saved is the “AutoSaveChat” registry (or property or plist entry).
