Does anyone here use the remote control capability that comes in BigFix? Does it just leverage Windows remote desktop? How do you prevent users who have admin rights to their workstations from granting remote access capability to other users (who should not have it)?

Hi rmetops,

We have a remote control solution based on Microsoft Remote Desktop and Remote Assistance that allows you to control which users can establish a remote session. We also have a solution based on Tivoli Remote Control that also allows you to grant specific user groups access to request a remote session.
