Hi y’all I’m new here and fairly new with using BigFix, On the Windows systems my question is how do I authenticate using the smartcard to logon to the system? We have to use smartcards to login so when I try to start a remote session it refuses connection, I disable require smartcard logon and I can authenticate with user name and password, I have loaded the virtual drivers and after I use username and password to login and start the remote session it does detect my smartcard reader and I can use my smartcard, any ideas?
