Relevane to check the REG_BINARY Values of registry

hi want to create a relevance to check whether or not the Windows Explorer show navigation pane on the left.

For this i have found the registry setting as below:
NAvigation Pane is visible:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Modules\GlobalSettings\Sizer]
“PageSpaceControlSizer”=hex:a0,00,00,00,01,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,56,05,00,00

Navigation pane is not visible:-

How can i create a relevane to check the binary value of the registry.
