Is it possible to define Relevance for every action in a fixlet or Baseline? From what I see, we can define Relevance only for a fixlet or a Baseline. Is this true?
The Baseline can have relevance, which serves as the initial gate. If the Baseline relevance is false, none of the Fixlets in the Baseline will be evaluated.
If the Baseline relevance is TRUE, then each Fixlet has it’s own relevance as part of the Fixlet. In this way, some, all or none of the Fixlets inside of the baseline might be relevant, but only if the Baseline relevance was first found TRUE.
