Hey rdamours,

The “UnableToGenerateSiteID” looks like an agent has been requesting an invalid sitename. It appears to have some sort of data corruption. There appears to be two agents doing this from the IP addresses. If you want to grab a BES Client Diagnostics and send it to our support team for review, it would be helpful. They shouldn’t cause any problems though.

For the time out error, double check the size of the “FillDBData\bufferdir” in the BES Relay folder. Are there files there? If so, how many and how big is the folder?

Comes goes as the filldbdata\bufferdir folder floats aroung the 3-4 mb mark

Sometimes larger as database server maintenance is done…

That folder is a temporary buffer where agent’s results are stored before they are put into the database. It has a default limit of 3MB or 10k files. If the database is down or if your server temporarily busy, then it can fill up, but it should clear quickly.

If this is a relay, this issue may be related to your last post where someone effectively broke the BES Server’s ability to accept incoming results.
