I wasn’t suggesting that there definitely was a commandline option for CCleaner, I was just asking if that is the type of thing you are looking for because I wasn’t sure what you were asking. CCleaner does have command line options according to this:

Can you give an example of what you are trying to clean up? If it is somewhat known and fairly consistent, then you could write relevance and actionscript to do this for you.

If you are instead looking for a general purpose tool, then it should just be a matter of finding one that does what you are looking for that has a command line option.
