Microsoft has released KB4463110 on 2nd October, as all other patches released on
9th October. do we still need to add KB4463110 to the October month Baseline?
Decisions about which patches to apply to your organization’s devices can only be taken by your organisation.
If you do decide to deploy that patch, then yes, it would be sensible to add it to your October baseline.
