I Want get reports from IBM endpoint manager what are all the systems are in pending restart state after pushing patches So kindly assist me to do
Note: i also tried through web reports but the filter condition cant get group wise reports and system name too

It sounds like you want a web report for all endpoints with a pending restart status.
You can see which computers have a pending restart status in the console by looking at which computers are relevant to the following Fixlets:
Fixlet ID 390: "Restart Needed - Triggered by a BES Action"
Fixlet ID 391: “Restart Needed - Not Triggered by a BES Action”
I’m not sure if there is an existing webreport for this, but I believe one could be made, but it may require creation of an analysis to report on pending restarts.
