Reboot doesn't occur

Running BES client v9.5.9.62 on RHEL 6.5 with a task of just “restart 5” to reboot the endpoint. Most of this time this works just fine but recently I’ve seen a few endpoints that don’t reboot and just sit there logging this for almost an hour. Has anyone else seen this before? Is this message “Exiting restart only state; no restart pending” new to v9.5.9?

thanks

but regardless of that, it just spun it’s wheels and never rebooted like it was told to. I’ve seen that on some Windows Core edition endpoints where there is no UI, but not on LInux.

I do have reboot tasks with

restart 0

and it works fine.

I would try reboot 0 or something like reboot 60 and see if either of those works better than reboot 5
