Rapid 7 Integration Issue

Hi All,

We are trying to integrate Rapid 7 with our BigFix platform, we have followed the steps which are been shared in the below URL -

The ETL is successfully running and is getting completed with out any error. But to get the data we need to grant permission in the Access IVR option but that toggle is in grayed out state. (That usually happens when you are not getting data from Rapid 7 for data collation with BigFix.)

We have opened support ticket for the same (since 30 days) but we have not got the resolution for the same. The support engineer is saying the same thing (data is not coming from the Rapid 7)

All the pre-requisites are successfully completed and met.

Any help will be welcomed.

Hi

Yes we were able to fix the issue. Instead of the region which you have set in Rapid7 try using the US as a region. This worked for us and still working.
