Question about Web Reports

Does Web Reports have the native ability to create a historical report for the following conditions?

  1. New clients being installed over a specified period of time (Month, Quarter, etc)

  2. If the hardware changes dramatically, like in the case of a Physical server being converted to a Virtual server, or hardware chassis change over a specified period of time
