when we perform a refresh scenario re-image does it saves all the client settings and it will not create a duplicate entry for the machine in the console ?
Also open actions which were completed earlier will not be applied to the re-imaged machines again ?
If registry entries for BigFix Client are removed you will see duplicate entries for same hosts.
Regarding second question the actions won’t be re-applied, but it will depend on how you did configure the task action.
Any workaround how can we make the process not to save any BES client settings, and the client is installed as a fresh client ?
Due to this all the security updates are not applied on the machines once it is re-imaged.

Please can anyone provide me a workaround or the direction in which I can proceed.
everytime I re-image a machine with refresh, all I get is the machine with the OS. And all the open actions are shown as completed but are not executed on the machine.
