I have been trying to push an application to this VM and I keep getting no relevant. I’m not sure why.
The Relevance is set to all computers ( this is a baseline) and each individual Task is also set to all computers in attempt to troubleshoot. Im out of ideas.
Is the computer subscribed to all the sites that the baseline elements come from? If the endpoint doesn’t have all the original fixlet sites (you added the fixlets to the baseline from some site) then the baseline isn’t relevant.
By default, a Task won’tmake a baseline relevant, only a Fixlet will.
To have the Task make the baseline relevant, edit the baseline, expand the component(s), and check the box for “Include in Baseline Relevance”.
Generally Tasks wonuldn’t be used in baseline relevance, because they aren’t expected to correct a problem. One common use case is to have a Task that closes IE before running a Fixlet to upgrade IE. The Fixlet to upgrade IE is what makes the Baseline relevant.
Thank you Jason, I also looked into this when it was first failing. so for testing I removed relevance from the tasks and I was still having the problem.
Before I saw the comment from AlanM, I was able to push a task from the MasterAction Site and that went thru fine. I had to contact enterprise services and then we tested and it went thru fine.
