We are seeing these errors in our head relay logs.
PumpSockets write error: Socket Error: Windows Error: 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine.
PumpSockets write error: Socket Error: Windows Error: 10054: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
The environment is:
TEM Server, SQL server and two head relays all 8.1.617.0. All four servers are Windows 2008 R2 VMware virtuals on different hosts. They use an XIV storage device for disk. Symantec AV has been excluded from the Bigfix directories.
The TEM server has 345 relays on it. We have 900+ total relay in our environment. We have tried forcing all of our remote relays to the head relays, but Bigfix seems to want to load balance between the TEM Server and the two head relays regardless of manual relay affiliation.
