Received the following error message while attempting to open compliance server
Error 500: SRVE0295E: Error reported: 500
Tried anything? Restarting service or host? Any messages in the logs? Is the SQL server online?
500 errors are usually caused by the App Server not having access to the Database. This could be network related or database server being down/offline.
