Problems about webui

Hello,

I have two questions about webui.

  1. I enabled webui and updated a client’s agent. I can create and run custom tasks from webui but i can’t see relevant patches from there despite can see from console.

  2. Webui is displaying progress very slow according to console. Are there any config to speed up refresh time?

  1. What version of the BigFix platform and agents are you running?
  2. What version of WebUI did you install? Does it have the ETL SQLite database?
  3. Please define “slow according to console” in a more definitive term/time-frame.
  4. How many endpoints and relays are in your infrastructure and how often are they reporting their status?

BigFix version is 9.2.6, I enabled built-in webui. Agent versions are; 9.2.6.94. I updated agent to 9.5.5 but situation is same.

I saw a chapter at webui guide. Chapter 12 gives list about supported patch sites. AIX is not listed. May it be related to this?

I’d strongly suggest updating your BigFix Root server at a minimum.

As to patch support, if the documentation states the AIX patches are not yet included that would be correct.

I opened a PMR, they say it aix patch sites are not supported yet.
