I want to try the new features on webUI SSA today, but when I click the settings on webui with master operator, the red warning below appears. additionally, the option “Self Service Applications” does not appear when I select the settings icon.

what may the problem be ? auto update is on anddelay is zero day. I already try to restart webui service and check again.
Your apps have not yet downloaded completely. The Common site is controlling this and it is v41 to enable the new functionality. The sync servers have been fairly busy this weekend due to the release so hopefully your deployment will get the site needed soon.

Yes that matches the issue. Hopefully you have gathered the site by now?
I noticed these errors on our BESRelay.log yesterday and opened a PMR 85411,227,000. So far they just said it’s on my end, even though we’ve been running fine over a year. This looks to have started Friday (9/29) around 6PM EST. It’s happening on both our DEV and PRO servers. If you try to go to the links in a browser, they spin for about 30 seconds before they display the text (if they come up at all). The timeout in the gather service seems to be 10 seconds, hence the many errors.
I am running into the same issue as well. Unable to gather the site. Works fine when i open the site in a browser but it does take a bit to open. I have not opened a PMR yet on the matter.
I enabled the gather https mode, then it was resolved. I don’t know if it was resolved by switching to https or resolved by itself.
The issue should be resolving for all now if you were lagged on the update.
Still seeing those sync time-outs in my environment.
This issue should have stopped Fri, 06 Oct 2017 11:34:55 -0400 (nearly 1 week since it started). Going any of the URLs in a browser returns a response immediately now.
