Problem with excel conector

hello everyone

i am not sure that this is the right place

but i don’t know where is the right place so i decided to post it here

i install the excel connector installation and the installation finish successfully

but when i run excel i get this error

and when i press on the details i get

Sorry to hear that you are having this problem.

  • What version of Excel are you using, and what is the language.
  • For the user who installed the BigFix Excel Connector, there is a log file located in the following directories:

C:\Users\user_name\Documents\Add-in Express\adxloader.log (Vista, Windows 7 systems)

C:\Documents and Settings\leewei\My Documents\Add-in Express\adxloader.log (XP systems)

Can you please attach the installation log file.

office 2007 sp2 English

This might be the bug in Excel if you run an English version of Excel and your locale setting is non-English.

Might this be your scenario?

If it is, the fix is to install the Multilingual User Interface Pack for Office 2007.
