Problem | Windows 10 2004 Upgrade Fixlet

Hello, I’m having trouble deploying the official fixlet for Windows 10 2004,
We’re using Bigfix Agent 9.5.14
I’ve changed the following parameters:
file size
sha1
sha256
_BESClient_Download_PreCacheStageDiskLimitMB to 20000
_BESClient_Download_NormalStageDiskLimitMB to 2000
according to the updated ISO (with September updates) that I downloaded from Microsoft Official VLSC, and I just keep getting “Download Failed”,

I’m not sure why, The official fixlet for 1909 works great,

the logs in the clients agents are not detailed, only says after about 30 minutes:

“Download Job Failed”

I’ve tried 4 different computers

How large is the ISO image? Your _BESClient_Download_NormalStageDiskLimitMB will need to be larger than the ISO, and 2,000 MB seems a bit small.

Sorry I meant 20,000, the iso is about 5gb

In the Action Status, Summary page, what does it say about the download? Is it “cached on server” or some error message?
