I have a problem on iltm web report about Hardware Inventory report not sync with the BigFix Console. What should I do ?

I would start by looking at the health of your Data Imports and see if there are any errors in the logs.
I would also open a PMR on this as you will get a more immediate response/assistance on this issue.

@maitree123, have you had successful ILMT imports? If so, when did the imports start failing?
IILMT import is successful but data in ILMT and real hardware are difference.
