This was my own fault for not understanding corretctly.
TLS 1.3 isn’t an issue as BF11 components will use it by default so you don’t have to enable it in besadmin unless you are only planning to use BF11 components.
I’m probably stating something that’s well known so apologies in advance if I have missed a comms on it.
If you are running BigFix 11 with TLS 1.3 enabled then note that if you have to for any reason, switch back to TLS 1.2, then it will break Web Reports.
I didn’t stick around to find a fix for it but just re-enabled TLS 1.3
You may be wondering why I went back to 1.2 though…
RHEL 6 agent support is only available in < 9.5.23 and it doesn’t support 1.3 so my RHEL 6 servers wouldn’t register / connect.
Again, I may have missed something telling of a work around for this but if not, it’s worth keeping it in mind.
