Not sure if you’ve dug into the power management functionality for public cloud and overall interaction it has with the default discovery but it seems to me in large environments (with a lot of public cloud accounts/tentants/subscriptions/etc) where the discovery process is taking a long time, as a result any taking actions are severely delayed and timing is unreliable - you take an action to power on/off one device and action sits there for 1-2 hours because the discovery is currently running and the two cannot happen in parallel…
