When you say “CITRIX applcation” do you mean the CITRIX BigFix client? More information is needed here.

Can you provide the VirusTotal link for the analysis of the download file?

Can you provide documentation from the vendor about silent installation or admin guide?

Do you have some examples of command line options you have tried to install the software?
