Hi,

When I deploy certain actions some PC’s remain in a Pending Download state. As an example I just deployed the Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal tool and out of hundreds of PC’s that have completed a couple of them still say Pending Download since at least 24 hours.

Any troubleshooting tips I can use?

Are the clients in a Pending Download state pointing to the same relay? If so, investigate the health of that relay. Check the relay log. Perhaps cycle it. Verify connectivity from that relay to the main server or higher level relay.
