Does anyone know if there’s a way to measure whether or not a Peer Nest deployment is improving overall performance?

The benefits will be largely dependent upon the network and positioning of the relays and clients on that network, so I think the results will differ not just from one deployment to another, but even within a deployment.
The only way to get a reliable answer is empirical testing on the kit/network segments where you would consider PeerNest.
