Hi Giorgio,
TEM updates results in the database when the agent is running, so if I understand your question correctly, there wouldn’t be a way to have a property report “computer is turned off”, because the agent wouldn’t be running to submit the report when the computer is off.
One thing you can do is look at the “last report time” for a machine – if it is too far in the past you can conclude that it is not reporting into the server, likely because it is turned off or disconnected from the network.
