I have run the April Patches over my servers and then I run MBSA as a comparison report.
MBSA shows some patches are missing:
MS11-025 Security Update for Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package (KB2467174)
MS11-022 Security Update for Microsoft Office PowerPoint Viewer 2007 (KB2464623)
Also, it is reporting the the MSRT for April has not been run either.
when I check if they machines in BigFix they say they have been run or not relevant.
Any ideas why there are conflicting issues between BigFix and MBSA?

Hi,
Here’s how to get support: http://support.bigfix.com/contact.html
Generally speaking, when you see differences between our content and something else it’s because the two tools are testing for relevance in a different way. In order to determine which is correct, the best course of action is to check the relevance statements on the system in question.
To do this if you haven’t done it before:
-
get the Fixlet Debugger from here: http://support.bigfix.com/fixlet/
-
Copy the relevance from the Fixlet that you’re not sure about, and paste it into the debugger’s QnA window.
-
put a "q: " in front of each clause and make sure there are no newlines (you’ll see the syntax colorize when you’ve done this).
-
press F5 to evaluate.
If anything evaluates to an error message or true, check it against reality. If it seems to be wrong, it might be a bug in Fixlet Debugger or a bug in the Fixlet. In either case, we’d like to hear about it.
BTW, look out for MS11-022: http://forum.bigfix.com/viewtopic.php?id=7190
