Patches result Web report and console do not tally?

Hi all,

Here I faced a weird issue.

Recently end user need to submit a report for the patches result report.

but when try to tally back the result by summary and also by machine found out the report figure do not tally.

Here is the example:

When I extract from web report:

The figure from the report is 5841 (pls refer to 1.png)

But I go further deep into the report I found the amount of figure only show: 5824 (pls refer to 2.png)

And from BES console also have amount of 5824.

It is consider normal?

Or anyone facing this issue?

So, this might be a silly question, but are you doing an apples to apples comparison?

In 1.png, the ID is 00-3329 and we can’t see the full text of the title of the action.

In 2.png, the ID is 00-3330.

And in 3.png the ID is 00-3329.

Do you see an action ID of 00-3330 on the console?

Thanks for your reply.

sorry for the lack information. The ID code 00-3329 is a baseline.

Which the contain is include ID 00-3330 and so on.

So based on the image 1 the result is 00-3329 baseline. After that I drill in to the baseline and show image 2.

Basically reported client for all component (ID 00-3330, ID 00-3331 and ID 00-3332) should be same amount with amount report ID 00-3329.

So basically I wont see the action ID 00-3330 in console due to it is including in baseline.

Please kindly correct me if I am wrong.

Or it is anyone faced before this issue?

Any feedback or solution that suitable for this issue?

I am afraid that client duplication will cause this issue.But I cant get any evidence form here.

I will perform purge initial and monitoring.

Hope that can solve the issue.

If anyone faced and solved the issue please do advice me as well.
