Patches not downloading in BigFix

Since last month Windows updates are downloading in BigFix root server. but this month after 4th April 2024, Updates are not getting downloaded and appearing in BigFix console. when we check GatherDB log it shows the below:

I restarted the gatherDB services and checked internet on the root server. no issues.

anything more to check…please advise.

It looks like it’s not finding any site updates…maybe its Internet connection is an issue? Proxy server?

You may be well served opening a Support incident so they can help you with enabling debug logging and reviewing those logs

We had the same issue a month ago. Turned out to be a proxy issue where the proxy had intermittent very short disconnects.

However, as @JasonWalker stated, open a service ticket and allow them to help diagnose it. Yours may not be proxy.

We have direct internet connection on our BigFix root server and internet is working fine.

because our support license is expired and we are in process of renewing it and might take sometime for renewal.

Well that explains it I think…if your license is expired it won’t get site updates
