I have a question/issue with my patch policies. Once a patch becomes superseded, patch policies no longer install it even if my patch policy is set to manual refresh and I don’t fresh it.
For example, I create a patch policy in January when the Windows Cumulative for January is relevant, and set the PP to manual refresh. Once the Windows Cumulative for February is out, the cumulative for January becomes superseded and my patch policy does not install it anymore even if I haven’t refreshed it. In fact, my patch policy do not install any cumulative until I refresh it to include the next non-superseded patch.
Is this the normal behavior?
