Whenever we are pushing the patch MS17-013 and MS17-014 it exit without installing and giving failure with exit code 17032.
Any suggestions to get this fixed.

Which Patches are you trying to install?
MS17-014 : Security update for Microsoft Office:Excel Viewer KB3178680
MS17-013 : Security update for Microsoft Graphics Component Word Viewer KB3178693
I would suggest to open a PMR with IBM, providing the client log which contains exit code 17032.
To debug the issue, it is good to have the installer key exported from the problematic machine:
“HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer” of native registry
can you try this patch manually installation on 1 system your getting any Errors
