when i pull up the action history and found servers which are not reported status are not coming into patch / action results. Is there any way to get those servers as well into the report.
Have you checked the logs on those servers? Did they receive the initial notification ping from the action being opened?
My queries is related to the action history, report does not show server which is having action status not reported. I know there is an agent issue but query is not related to agent but to see the servers in action history at web portal which are having status not reported and it does not show at the action report at web portal.
i can’t fetch even this info with BES Actions relevance code as well.
