What version of the platform are you using? There are often changes needed to support the DEB file updates so if you aren’t using the most recent client then you may have an issue. I’m not sure of the required version to support 1804

Thanks, I was on 9.5.5. Upgrading to 9.5.9 fixed the issue.

The client didn’t automatically upgrade to the latest version because of its relevance

exists match (regex "Ubuntu( Server|)( LTS|) (12|14|16)") of name of operating system

Installing manually resolved my issue.
