Outlook 365 fails to open after July 2020 MS Office Patch

New July Office Patch renders Outlook 365 unable to open. I witnessed this on my personal PC first. It looks to be a wide-spread issue.

The roll-back suggestion in the articles does work.

I experienced this on my work laptop, as well. And the workaround fixed it for me.
