I just setup a new BigFix OSD server. For some reason, the account I used to install the server is not working when I tried to login to the Web UI. I attached the url login window for clarification. Is there a way to reset the password to login to this url?

Once provided the password is also stored in the TEM server for subsequent use during osd server upgrade. Hence the best option is to reinstall and install again the OSD server. I assume that by now you already have done so anyway. If that is not the case and you still experience the problem please reply back.

As already suggested, changing the password is not recommended.
Please uninstall the bare metal server (removing data) and reinstall. The subseqient synch process will make sure all the data is created again.
Also, the WebUI is deprecated and should not be used if not under BigFix support guidance.
